Q: How long will it take to repair my product?
A: Your unit is looked at with in 2 working days. If we have the part and nothing special is needed, It should be ready with in 5 days. There are times that we get overwhelmed with units, especially after electrical storms. In these cases, we may be backed up 5 or 7 days.

Q: What happens to my deposit?
A: If your unit is repaired, the deposit gets applied to the total repair. If we run into a case where your unit needs more than expected, we will call you with an updated estimate. If at that time you refuse the repair, your deposit goes towards the time needed to troubleshoot your unit. Some deposits are more than others due to the amount of time needed to get to the trouble with your unit. Please see our rate schedule for rates and deposits.

Q: What is the warranty after repair?
A: We have a 30 day warranty on the parts we replace and 30 days on labor we performed.

Q; Can I ship my unit to you for repair?
A: Yes, Please send in the correct deposit along with "proof of purchase" if in manufacturer warranty. We will contact you by e-mail when your unit is received if you're on the Internet. Please provide us with your e-mail, or phone number.
